2010 Tidewater Test Spring Tournament Format
USA Rugby relationship for both youth
and HS.
At the last USA Rugby (USAR) Board
meeting, Rugby Virginia was officially
recognized by both Board and Congress as a
"level 3" State-Based Rugby Organization
(SBRO), and an independent at-large member
to USA Rugby for the governance of HS and
youth rugby in Virginia.
As a result:
1) Clubs need to cipp register under "Rugby Virginia SBRO" territory instead
of the VRU or PRU.
2) Individual players are charged a flat
yearly League fee of $10 both for youth and
HS. The fee is collected by USA Rugby when
players CIPP register.
