Rugby Virginia is a non-profit organization dedicated to the growth and
development of boys and
girls high school and youth rugby in Virginia, while promoting an atmosphere consistent
with the values of the game.
Rugby Virginia was founded in 2007 and is organized under the authority of
USA Rugby.
Rugby Virginia is the primary development vehicle for youth and high
school rugby within the state of Virginia and is a USA Rugby Level 3
